Do you know where your deuce is? Don't leave home without a deuce!
Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw is a lowball draw poker variant in which the goal is to make the
worst traditional hand — aces are high, straights and flushes count against you, and
the perfect hand is 7-5-4-3-2 unsuited. Players are dealt five cards and may draw up to three
times, discarding and replacing cards each round to chase the lowest possible holding.
At the inception of the World Series of Poker, 2-7 Triple Draw was considered one of the
final candidates for the Main Event format before No-Limit Hold'em was ultimately chosen.
